How do I post a package?
Enter the package name, departure and arrival locations, desired dates, and estimated weight
Can I make an offer without creating a package?
Yes. You can make an offer directly and create the listing later if needed

How do I become a transporter on HEZZLY?
Go to the Become a Transporter page to register and start delivering
How do I offer a transport?
Enter your departure and arrival cities, date, transport type, and price per kilo
Do I earn money?
Yes, you set your own price and receive 100% of the amount. Hezzly takes no commission

Can I rate users?
Yes, each transaction can be rated and reviewed confidentially
Can I edit my personal information?
Yes, from your user profile within the HEZZLY app
How do I view my posts and offers?
In the app menu, go to the 'Posts' and 'Offers' tabs
How does messaging work?
You can contact someone through Hezzly in-app messaging (or via WhatsApp, call, SMS) only after an offer has been accepted
How does delivery confirmation with the PIN code work?
At handover, the recipient shares the delivery code (PIN). The courier then enters this code to officially confirm delivery

Yes, as long as it hasn't been accepted. You can also delete your posts at any time
